Mediq87 – Incentive Policy for Successful Bookings

Objective
To encourage collaboration and support within the Mediq87 network by rewarding team members who assist in facilitating successful patient bookings with other specialists.
 
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Successful Specialist Bookings
1.Eligibility
  • Any Mediq87 team member who successfully helps a patient book a consultation with a specialist other than themselves is eligible for an incentive.
  • This policy does not apply to self-bookings or direct patient consultations handled by the same doctor.
2.Incentive Amount
  • A PKR 1,000 incentive will be awarded for each confirmed specialist booking facilitated through the team member’s effort.
3.Confirmation Criteria
  • The booking must be confirmed and accepted by the specialist through the Mediq87 platform.
  • The incentive will only apply once the appointment is logged in the system as “confirmed.”
4.Payment Process
  • Incentive payments will be made through electronic transfer.
  • The transfer will be initiated immediately once the booking is verified by the Mediq87 administration team.
5.Consultation Charges
  • For self-bookings (patients booking directly with the same consultant), only standard consultation charges apply.
  • No incentive will be processed for self-referrals.
Note
All incentive-related communications and confirmations will be managed via the official Mediq87 system dashboard or authorized communication channels.

2. Share Your Timeline

•We aim to book within your chosen window.
 
3. Booking Confirmation
✅ We confirm your consultation slot.
💬 You’ll receive:
•Doctor’s name
•Time & platform (video/audio/text)
•Meeting link (if applicable)
✅ No booking fee is charged upfront.
 
4. Consultation
👨⚕ You will connect with a verified Mediq87 doctor.
•Expect expert care within 87 seconds (if available).
 
5. Post-Consultation: Payment
💰 You only pay after the consultation.
🤝 We only charge if you are satisfied with the service.
•A secure payment link will be shared with you via WhatsApp.

🩺 Why the Update?
To ensure consistent, respectful, and patient-centered care, we’ve updated our phone consultation SOPs based on direct feedback from patients.
 
✅ New Guidelines for All Phone Consultations
1. Minimum Duration

Each consultation must last at least 7 minutes, unless the patient clearly states they have nothing further to discuss and ends the call voluntarily.

2. Mandatory Ending Question
Before ending the consultation, doctors must ask:
“Are you happy to end the consultation?”
This ensures the patient feels heard and in control.
 
3. Reassurance is Required
Always provide brief verbal reassurance and ask if the patient has any new or remaining concerns.
 
4. End-of-Consultation Checklist
Before you close the session, confirm the following:
✅ Explained the plan or next steps clearly
✅ Addressed all concerns respectfully
✅ Offered verbal reassurance
✅ Confirmed the patient is ready to end the call
 
📌 Implementation & Compliance
 
These SOPs are mandatory for all phone consultations conducted via mediQ87 and must be followed by all partner doctors. Failure to comply may affect partnership status.
